To arrive at the meeting location the day before my
presentation and be available to assist you in as many ways as possible |

To be available to meet and/or talk with as many people
as your client might like |

To do my best to fully understand the needs and preferences
of the audience |

To show up at the presentation room at least an hour
before the official time, and ascertain A/V functionality, room arrangements,
and other pertinent details that contribute to the quality of the
event |

To personally greet as many members of the audience
as possible as they arrive at the room |
 |
To give the audience my very best in terms of speech
content, presentation skills, and responsiveness to their interests |
 |
To stay after the presentation to talk with those members
of the audience who would like more information or advice |
 |
To leave the room ready for the next speaker by removing
all materials used in my presentation |
 |
To report back to you immediately after the presentation
with feedback regarding the presentation and the audience’s
reactions and comments |
 |
To later send you a written report with the same information
plus such additional comments as may come to mind later |
 |
To offer suggestions for future programs by myself
or other speakers. |
