Mike’s Speakers Bureau Promise

As a speaker for your client I promise:

To provide you with all the information you request in a timely manner
To be available to answer questions and requests for additional ideas, as well as speak with your client if you so desire, and with the understanding that I will inform you of the full content of such communications
To be receptive to your suggestions and requests for ways to achieve the best presentation for your client’s audience
To provide you with such written material as you deem necessary
To adhere completely to the terms of our agreement with special emphasis on providing Bureau-Friendly materials, and reporting all leads for future speaking or consulting engagements
To arrive at the meeting location the day before my presentation and be available to assist you in as many ways as possible
To be available to meet and/or talk with as many people as your client might like
To do my best to fully understand the needs and preferences of the audience
To show up at the presentation room at least an hour before the official time, and ascertain A/V functionality, room arrangements, and other pertinent details that contribute to the quality of the event
To personally greet as many members of the audience as possible as they arrive at the room
To give the audience my very best in terms of speech content, presentation skills, and responsiveness to their interests
To stay after the presentation to talk with those members of the audience who would like more information or advice
To leave the room ready for the next speaker by removing all materials used in my presentation
To report back to you immediately after the presentation with feedback regarding the presentation and the audience’s reactions and comments
To later send you a written report with the same information plus such additional comments as may come to mind later
To offer suggestions for future programs by myself or other speakers.
